Our Fulfillment Center operates 5 days per week (except holidays), and even more frequently on peak volume days (often during the holiday season). As soon as your order is placed, it will go into a processing queue and will be prepared for shipping in the order in which it was received. We aim to ship on the same day your order was placed – and ship the majority of our orders within 1 business day. All shipping timeframes detailed above are based on the item you ordered being in-stock.

- At this time, we only ship to the 48 contiguous United States.
- Promotional shipping rates (including free shipping on orders over $50) apply to shipments made within the 48 contiguous United States. Shipping rates to Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for free shipping promotions.
- All orders placed through this Website are subject to Vsitoo smart mug’s acceptance and Vsitoo smart mug may refuse to accept or may cancel any order, whether or not the order has been confirmed, for any or no reason, and without liability to you or anyone else. If your payment method has already been charged for an order that is later canceled, you will be issued a full refund.
- We are unable to accept orders shipping to the following addresses: APO/FPO/AE, Military addresses, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands or Guam.
